I ordered my shoes and they arrived on 26th of April.
In less than a month, today being 12th of May, they already ripped.
I mean I know we live in a fast paced consumerism world, but come on man, don't get greedy with the glue ..

The product arrived quickly, the quality is excellent, and the size is also good. It's like I bought it personally.

Super fast delivery, received it the next day I bought it online, perfect product .

I recently purchased a suit from Bershka, but I was disappointed to find noticeable differences in color shades of blue between the jacket and pants. The mismatch is significant, making it impossible to wear the suit as intended. I hope Bershka can address this issue promptly and provide a replacement suit with consistent color shades. Thank you.

Fast delivery, great products, all clean

Everything went very well. I received my package within 4 days!

It is the first time that I buy Bershka online, the delivery is very good, but the attention in the Bershka diagonal store is fatal, I had to wait in line at the cashier, not as indicated in the email that any employee would assist me, everyone delegated to the cashier, faith oago I don't know if we will buy again

Good Brand but bad delivery
Too late to be delivery 5:5 but it was delivery yesterday 9:5 and the delivery guy, they are not doing their job Good! When the delivery guy arrives to the address his going to deliver the goods, he will just press the bell 🔔 and leave the package 📦 at the door 🚪 which is totally not Comfortable with because someone else can easily take the package before the right owner of the package come to the door to pick his/her package 📦 or The owner might not be at home so the delivery guy should make sure that when they ring the bell and they don't hear anything like saying hello, is right for the delivery guy to put a paper in the letter box so that when owner arrives he/she can see it in the letter box 📥 📤 then he/she can go to receive the package 📦
So this have to stop please

I bought a product from Bershka Turkey, the cardboard was torn and sloppy. Item came with used tags. The product was very wrinkled, they sent a used product.

Absolutely zero customer service. Lost my items. No delivery. No help. Just send me a link to an order progress link.

I love the hello kitty shoes so much they are so ccuter and I would order again the only thing is they lacked protection. nothing is wrong with the shoes there in perfect condition I feel like theyshouldve added some bubble wrap or something that's all!

My experience was horrible, I bought a jacket and the delivery was due on Thursday, but it was delivered after 4 days and after several calls from me. The package was damaged and it appeared to have been opened before the delivery. I wouldn’t recommend buying online from them.

I have ordered one dress to the shop online. When I have received the order, the dress has lot of default! I’m not so happy because the dress is sold out and I have no solution in order to obtain my dress without default.

I loved that they've lied to me, but I'm happy with it. They said that the clothes were ment to arrive in separate and in 11-5, it arrived in 8-5 and didn't came in separate. I love when beshka does this💖
